Refund & Cancellation Policy

Playsher is operated by Harrish Kumar S, an individual carrying on business in India under the brand Playsher. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for bookings made through the Playsher app. It forms part of our terms of use.

1. What you pay for

• Each ground sets one price for a 30-minute slot, shown in Indian rupees (₹) before you pay.
• You either pay the full amount online, or choose Pay at Ground: a 10% advance online, with the balance paid at the venue.
• Playsher charges players no booking fee.
• Coaching sessions are priced by the coach per 30-minute session slot and are paid at the venue.

2. Cancelling a ground booking

• Cancel from My Bookings in the app, at any time before the slot starts.
• Once the slot has started, the booking can no longer be cancelled.
• The slot is released straight away so other players can book it.

3. Refunds

• When you cancel, whatever you paid online for that booking (the full amount, or the Pay at Ground advance) is refunded to your original payment method.
• Refunds are initiated immediately on cancellation and usually reach you in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
• If a ground owner cancels your confirmed booking, you are refunded what you paid online for it, in the same way.

4. Money paid at the venue

Cash or any other payment you make directly at the ground, including the balance of a Pay at Ground booking and coaching fees, does not pass through Playsher and cannot be refunded through us. Take it up with the ground owner or coach.

5. Payments that do not complete

A booking is confirmed only once the required online payment is received. If money leaves your account but your booking does not confirm, write to support@playsher.com with the transaction reference and we will trace it for you.

6. Delivery of the service

Playsher sells bookings, not physical goods, so nothing is shipped. Your booking confirmation appears in the app as soon as the payment is received, and the service is delivered at the venue at the time you booked.
