Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Harrish Kumar S, an individual carrying on business in India under the brand Playsher (“Playsher”, “we”). By using the Playsher app or this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use Playsher.

1. What Playsher is

Playsher is a platform that connects players with sports grounds, coaches and other players. We do not own or operate the grounds. The ground owner is responsible for the facility, its condition, its safety and its house rules. The coach is responsible for the coaching. We are responsible for the booking platform.

2. Your account

• You must be 13 or older to hold an account, and 18 or older to make a payment.
• Sign-in is by one-time password to your mobile number. Keep that number and device secure — bookings made from your account are treated as yours.
• Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
• One person, one account. Do not sell, share or transfer it.

3. Bookings and payment

• A slot is held when you start a booking and confirmed only once the required payment is received. An unpaid booking is released automatically and the slot goes back on sale.
• You may pay in full online, or choose Pay at Ground: a 10% advance online, with the balance paid at the ground. What you owe, and when, is shown before you confirm.
• Each ground sets one price per 30-minute slot, and each coach sets their own price per 30-minute session slot. Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include any taxes shown at checkout. Playsher charges players no booking fee.
• The amount you pay is calculated by Playsher from the listed price and the number of slots you book.
• Payments are handled by our payment gateway. A failed or reversed payment cancels the booking.

4. Cancellations and refunds

• You can cancel from My Bookings at any time before the slot starts. The slot is released immediately for other players. A booking that has started cannot be cancelled.
• When you cancel, whatever you paid online for that booking is refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are initiated immediately on cancellation and usually reach you in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
• If a ground owner cancels your confirmed booking, you are refunded what you paid online for it.
• Money you paid in cash at the ground is between you and the ground owner, and is not refunded through Playsher.

5. Open games

If you host an open game you are responsible for the booking and for paying for it. If you join one, you play at your own risk alongside people you may not know. Behave decently: no abuse, no harassment, no discrimination. We can remove a game or an account for any of it.

6. Coaching

Coaching sessions are delivered by independent coaches and are paid for at the venue. We do not supervise, certify or guarantee any coach beyond the checks described on their profile.

7. Reviews and content

You keep ownership of what you post, and give us permission to display it on Playsher. Do not post anything false, abusive, unlawful, or that is not yours to post. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

8. What you must not do

• Make fake, speculative or automated bookings, or resell slots.
• Interfere with the service, scrape it, or try to break its security.
• Impersonate anyone, or use Playsher for anything unlawful.

9. Injury and safety

Sport carries risk. You take part at your own risk, and you are responsible for being fit to play and for following the ground's rules. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage suffered at a ground or during a game.

10. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid through Playsher for that booking. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses other users, or is used fraudulently. You can close your account at any time from Settings or through this page.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above changes, and material changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use Playsher after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
